2023 (Sophomore): Missed most of the season due to injury … Appeared in four games with four starts as pitcher during his sophomore campaign, recording a 5.79 ERA and 1-0 record on the season … Made his season debut against Miami (Ohio) (Feb. 18), going five innings and surrendering four hits and two runs, while striking out six and walking none … Made his second start of the season against Tennessee Tech (Feb. 25) and was only able to go one inning due to injury … Returned to the mound against Ga. Southern (April 4) for one inning with just a solo HR allowed and two strikeouts … Closed the season against Auburn (April 11), throwing two innings and giving up just one run and three hits before being shut down the rest of the year.
2022 (Freshman): Made 18 appearances and four starts in his freshman season … Finished the year with a 7.02 ERA and 4-2 record … Allowed 26 earned runs in 33.1 innings of work, striking out 36 and walking a paltry four total batters … Made his collegiate debut against Presbyterian (Feb. 23), allowing just one hit and striking out two in 1.0 innings … Allowed just three runs over his next three appearances and 5.2 innings combined of work … Struck out four in 2.1 key innings in the second game of the doubleheader against Virginia Tech (March 13) to pick up his first career decision win … Turned in a combined 4.2 innings of scoreless work against Kennesaw State (March 22) and NC State (March 26) … Made his first career start on March 29 against Charleston Southern, allowing one run on three hits in 3.0 innings for his second winning decision … Struggled in April but rebounded in May to start at Akron (May 16),pitching 3.0 clean innings to get his fourth victory of the season … Faced one batter and got him out in the NCAA Knoxville Regional finale against then-No. 1 Tennessee.
High School: Ranked No. 4 right-handed pitcher and No.13 overall player in the state of Georgia … Four-year letterwinner at Allatoona … Named first-team all-state and all-American in 2019 by MaxPreps … Named 2020 Perfect Game Preseason All-American 2nd Team for Southeast Region and 2019 Perfect Game Preseason All-American High Honorable Mention … Five-time Member of the Showcase Top Prospect Team including the 2020 National Showcase Top Prospect Team … Twenty-time All-Tournament Team selection … Four-time WWBA Tournament Champion … Pitched 104 total innings in showcase ball since 2017 with an overall record of 11-4 … Finished 2020 season throwing 23.2 innings only giving up 12 hits, eight walks, and 31 strike outs.
Personal: Father, David, was a two-time all-American in men’s soccer, playing at Clemson (1992-93) and Santa Clara (1993-95) … Majoring in public policy.
