THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech softball team hosts Syracuse for three games beginning Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday at 1 p.m. and Sunday at 12 p.m. All three games will stream live on ACC Network Extra. Admission is free for all home games.
Parking
There are several events taking place on campus this weekend. Click here for a parking map.
Friday: Softball fans should park in the Family Housing Lot ER66 or the State Street Lot W23 for free. There is a track meet on campus as well, and the McCamish Lot E65 will be unavailable for softball fans.
Saturday: Softball fan parking is available in the normal McCamish Lot E65. Please be aware that there is an Atlanta United soccer game in Bobby Dodd beginning at 4 p.m. and traffic entering and exiting campus might be heavier than normal.
Sunday: Due to the men’s basketball NIT game against Belmont at 12 p.m., the McCamish Lot E65 is unavailable for softball parking. Fans can park for free in the Family Housing Lot ER66 by telling the attendant you are there to attend the softball game.
On Sunday, please access campus via 10th Street. North Avenue, Techwood Drive, and Spring Street will all be closed until 2 p.m. due to the Publix Marathon.
Promotions
Saturday’s giveaway is a GT rally towel for the first 100 fans.
Sunday is Dads and Daughters day with a post-game chalk talk with head coach Shelly Hoerner. The team will sign autographs and take photos after Sunday’s game and kids ages 12 and under can run the bases after the game.
