2020 (Junior): Appeared in eight games during the shortened 2020 season … Recorded his lone hit of the season against Gardner-Webb (Feb. 25) … Took four at-bats overall … Finished with 15 putouts on the season.

2019 (Sophomore): Appeared in 10 games, making one start at catcher for the season … Drawing a walk in his lone plate appearance against Richmond (Feb. 16) … Made first start of the season in the first game of a doubleheader against Northwestern (March 2) … Finished with two hits on the year and three RBI … Recorded his first hit, pinch-hitting at then-No. 2 and eventual Athens Regional host Georgia (April 9) … Blasted a three-run triple against Western Carolina (May 3) for an RBI.

2018 (Freshman): Played in 11 games on the season as a true freshman … Hit .200 on the year, picking up two pinch-hit base hits over 10 at-bats … Made his collegiate debut versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Feb. 27) … Picked up his first career hit in the home win over Kennesaw State (April 18) … Also had a base hit off the bench in the 6-5 walk-off win over Radford (May 4) … Had one putout and one assist in the field on the year.

Before Tech: A four-year letterwinner in baseball at the Marist School under head coach Mike Strickland … Also lettered for one year on the football team … Ranked as high as No. 13 at the catcher position and No. 84 overall in the state of Georgia for the class of 2017 … A 2017 Rawlings-Perfect Game honorable mention all-American and a southeast all-region second team selection as a senior … Was also a 2016 PG underclass high honorable mention honoree … Named to the Georgia Dugout Class AAAA all-state second team in 2017 … Tabbed the team’s 2017 Defensive Player of the Year … Was named Marist’s 2016 Offensive Player of the Year as a junior … Was also the team’s Defensive Player of the Year as a sophomore in 2015 … Co-captain in 2017 as a senior … Helped lead his Marist squad to a 2017 state championship title, the program’s 13th overall … Was a part of three regional championship teams (2014, 2015 and 2016) … Was awarded the Marist School baseball scholar-athlete award in 2017 … A member of the Dean’s List and the National Honor Society … Also played club ball with East Cobb for five years and 6-4-3 DP for two years along with current Yellow Jacket teammates Brant Hurter and Hugh Chapman.
