2017 (Freshman): Appeared in seven games out of the bullpen for the Jackets … Threw 4.1 innings out of the bullpen … Struck out three batters … Made his Yellow Jackets’ debut on the mound versus Youngstown State (Feb. 26) … Recorded his first career strikeout at Wake Forest (Mar. 25) … Struck out a season-high two hitters in one inning of work versus No. 2 Louisville (April 14) … Threw a perfect 1-2-3 inning versus No. 5 Clemson (April 2) … Did not allow a run over 0.2 innings versus No. 8 Virginia (May 19) … Also pitched at Miami (Mar. 12) and at Duke (May 13) … Came on to play first base in the ninth inning in the home win over Georgia Southern (May 16).
