ATLANTA – No. 22 Georgia Tech (41-13, 8-6 ACC) will hit the road for an Atlantic Coast Conference softball three-game series with Boston College (8-18, 2-9 ACC), April 21-22, in Chestnut Hill, Mass. The Yellow Jackets and Eagles will play a doubleheader on Saturday and a single game on Sunday, both days starting at 1 p.m.

Tech is a perfect 7-0 against the Eagles all-time. The Jackets won all four games with BC a year ago, sweeping the regular season in Atlanta and taking a 7-3 decision in the ACC Tournament.

The Yellow Jackets enter this weekend on a seven-game winning streak, three shy of matching the season high of nine. Tech is third in the nation with 67 home runs, eight shy of tying the ACC record set a season ago by Tech.

In the circle, junior right-handed pitcher Whitney Humphreys (18-5) continues to impress. The Shady Spring, W. Va., native has won her last five decisions, striking out a career-high 105 batters in 135 innings pitched. She stands fourth in the ACC in victories.

ACC Player of the Year candidate Caitlin Lever continues to climb the Tech record books and leads the ACC in batting average (.481), hits (78), doubles (17), total bases (125) and on base percentage (.552). She has eight home runs and a career-high 52 runs batted in this year.

All three games of the series can be followed via live stats on www.ramblinwreck.com.
