THE FLATS — No. 19 Georgia Tech men’s swimming and diving will join the 270 student-athletes from around the country in competing at the 2019 NCAA Division I Championships on March 27-30 at the Lee & Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin, Texas.
The Yellow Jackets will compete in a wide array of events at nationals, including three relay races — 800 free, 200 medley and 400 medley.
Individually, on the heels of being named the ACC Co-Most Valuable Performer, Caio Pumputis will swim the 200 IM, 100 breast and 200 breast, while Christian Ferraro will swim the 100 and 200 fly. Rodrigo Correia will swim the 100 and 200 back. Senior diver Matt Casillas will also compete in the 3-meter and platform.
Joining the Jackets for the relays will be Colt Williamson, Corben Miles, Darren Lim and Kyle Barone.
