THE FLATS – The Yellow Jackets will play host to The Citadel on Jan. 23 just two days after the conclusion of the MLK Tournament.
For the tournament, two Jackets, Cole Gromley and Carlos Divar each beat a top 10 player in the country. Gromley defeated No. 10 ranked player Alex Brown 6-4, 6-3, while Divar defeated No. 2 ranked player Jan Zielinski, 6-3, 6-4.
In the first duel meet of the season, the Yellow Jackets will face a veteran Citadel squad that carries six upperclassmen.
