THE FLATS – Georgia Tech men’s tennis will continue ACC play on Wednesday when they welcome Clemson to Ken Byers Tennis Complex at 4 p.m. The Yellow Jackets will then host Boston College at 5 p.m. on Friday.
The Jackets come off their first ACC win of the season against Virginia Tech, a resounding 5-2 victory. The match was highlighted by Andres Martin and Marcus McDaniel winning their doubles match against the No. 9 doubles pairing in the nation, the highest ranked win of any doubles team.
Tech narrowly lost to Virginia last weekend, 4-3. Of the seven losses on the season, five have come by this narrow margin.
Keshav Chopra came out with a big win in his singles match, taking down the No. 54 player in the nation.
Following this homestand, the White and Gold go on the road for four ACC matches starting April 1 against Duke.
