ATLANTA – The Georgia Tech men’s basketball team will have two temporary homes in Atlanta for the 2011-12 season, Philips Arena and The Arena at Gwinnett Center, where the Yellow Jackets will play their first season of basketball under new head coach Brian Gregory.

A 10-game Philips Arena season ticket is now available for purchase. Priced at $300, season tickets will include non-conference games against Alabama and ACC-Big Ten Challenge opponent Northwestern, as well as all eight ACC home opponents, including Duke, Virginia, Miami, Boston College, NC State, Clemson, Maryland and Wake Forest. Some sections of Philips Arena also have an associated TECH Fund contribution.
The Yellow Jackets will host an additional five non-conference games at The Arena at Gwinnett Center in November and December. Gwinnett Buzz Books are available now, and for just $50, you’ll receive ten ticket vouchers to any men’s or women’s game played at Gwinnett Center this season.
The five opponents at Gwinnett, as well as Tech’s complete schedule with dates and times, will be announced in August.
