THE FLATS – For the second time this season, Ruben Lechuga has been honored as the ACC Men’s Diver of the Week, as announced by the conference on Tuesday.
At Tech’s meet versus No. 7 Georgia, Lechuga swept the men’s diving events. The senior won the 1 Meter with a score of 371.78 points and the 3 Meter dive with a score of 404.55 points.
Earlier this season, Lechuga broke the school records for both diving events. He currently ranks first in the NCAA for the men’s 3 Meter dive (6 dives) and third for the 1 Meter dive (6 Dives).

The Jackets will be back in action on Friday, Oct. 28 as they take on Florida State at 2 p.m. in Tallahassee, Fla.
