Lapsley and Rogers Lead Jackets in Final Day of Penn Relays

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Junior Andriane Lapsley and senior Dana Rogers tallied top-five finishes to lead the Georgia Tech track and field teams at the 111th Penn Relays on Saturday.

Lapsley, a native of San Antonio, Texas, clocked a time of 11.51 in the 100-meter dash to finish in fourth place. Rogers, a native of East Point, Ga., ran a time of 13.52 to finish in fifth place for the Jackets.

The Yellow Jackets will compete in the Orange & Purple Classic on May 7 in Clemson, S.C.
