THE FLATS – Elijah Klier led the Georgia Tech swim and dive teams on day three of the Zone B Championships with a NCAA qualifying performance in the men’s platform event.
Today, Klier competed in his first Zone B Diving Championships and earned an impressive finish that clinched his spot at the NCAA Championships. In the preliminaries, the freshman placed eighth with a score of 342.80 to advance to the finals. He went on the place seventh overall with a score of 703.55 in the finals of the event.
Katie McKyton also competed for Tech at the championships today. She finished 36th in the women’s 3 Meter event with a score of 233.75.
