ATLANTA (Feb. 3) — Middle Tennessee’s 51st-ranked men’s tennis team downed No. 62 Georgia Tech, 5-2, Thursday at the Bill Moore Tennis Center.
The Blue Raiders (6-1) won the doubles point and took four of the six singles matches in downing the Yellow Jackets (1-2).
After winning two of the three matches in doubles to win the doubles point, Middle Tennesee earned victories at No. 1 through 3 singles and at No. 5.
Tech’s lone singles victories came from senior Robert Wright at No. 4 and Roger Anderson at No. 6.
