THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech volleyball team hosts a pair of TV matches this weekend. The Jackets welcome Syracuse at 8:30 p.m. Friday on the ACC’s Regional Sports Networks and ESPN3, and Tech wraps up the weekend against No. 9 North Carolina on Sunday at 1 p.m. on ESPN3.
Friday Match Time & Parking Alert
Please note that Friday’s match is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. start time. Due to Taste of Atlanta, there is likely to be high volume of traffic on campus this weekend.
Fans should enter campus through 10th Street and Fowler Street, as part of Spring Street from 6th to 4th Streets and 5th Street from West Peachtree Street to Techwood Drive will be closed due to the festival. Those wishing to attend the volleyball matches are encouraged to arrive early and are able to park in the McCamish, O’Keefe and Lower Peter’s Lots on a first come, first served basis.

Friday: Student Superhero Costume Contest! The student with the best superhero contest will win two field passes to the GT v. UVA game on Nov. 1.
Sunday: Camper and Junior Jacket Day! Kids get into the match for free, and Junior Jackets and campers with their camp t-shirt can help form a high-five tunnel for the Yellow Jackets.
