THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech track and field team competes in its first two-day meet this indoor season at the Vanderbilt Invitational in Nashville, Tenn. Friday and Saturday.

Action begins Friday with the men’s and women’s high jump at 6 p.m. ET, and the first running event begins with the women’s DMR at 8:30 p.m. ET. The women’s mile kicks off the running events on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. ET, while the field events begin with the women’s shot put at 12 p.m. ET.

Fifty-four Yellow Jackets are set to compete in 27 events at the meet. Live results are available via the link above and on cfpitiming.com.

The meet features 15 women’s teams and 14 men’s teams, including top 25 women’s teams No. 18 Auburn, No. 20 Mississippi State, No. 23 Southern Illinois, and top 25 men’s team No. 13 Alabama. Additional teams include Furman, Louisiana Tech, Louisville, Middle Tennessee state, Mississippi, Samford, SMU, Southern Miss, Vanderbilt and Western Kentucky.
