Hometown: Marietta, Ga.
Wilson comes to Tech from Pope High School in nearby Marietta, Ga. where she was a three-time letterwinner and captain under the direction of Bryan Jones. Wilson helped her team to the 2009 5A and 2010 and 2011 4A state championships. During her senior season, Pope was ranked the No. 8 team in the country by PrepVolleyball.com.
After a stellar career Wilson was rewarded by being named to the 2011 all-county, all-area, all-state and senior all-star teams by the GHSA. Wilson was also a PrepVolleyball.com Academic All-American and participated in the 2011 Georgia Senior All-Star game.
When I was a kid, the professional athlete I pretended to be was: Mia Hamm
On a random night off the court, fans can find me: Wrapped up in a blanked on my couch watching a movie
Three things I cannot live without are: My iPhone, Volleyball, My favorite pair of flip flops
My special hidden talent is: I can play the ukulele
