Series History: Georgia Tech and Navy have met on 23 previous occasions, with the Yellow Jackets holding a 14-9 lead in the all-time series. The Midshipmen had won five of six meetings from 1976 through 1996 before Tech broke that streak with a 49-14 win in Annapolis last year. In that game, quarterback Joe Hamilton threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third, and tailback Philip Rogers added three more scores as the Yellow Jackets piled up 487 yards of total offense.
