Georgia Tech fans are invited to kick off the 2005 football season with a weekend of activities with the Yellow Jackets on Aug. 26-27.
Tech will hold its annual Football Fan Day on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 10 a.m. at Bobby Dodd Stadium at Historic Grant Field. Admission is free, and fans are invited to join the Yellow Jackets for autographs, photos and fun.
Head coach Chan Gailey and the entire Tech team will be available, and Buzz, the Ramblin’ Wreck and the Tech cheerleaders will also be on hand. Free Georgia Tech football posters will be distributed, and concessions will be available,
The Metro Atlanta Georgia Tech Clubs’ 15th Annual Georgia Tech Football Kickoff Banquet is set for Friday, August 26th at 6:30 p.m. at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.
Tech head coach Chan Gailey will speak, along with Voice of the Yellow Jackets Wes Durham and radio analyst Jeff Van Note.
