Fan Information for Mayhem at Mercedes-Benz Stadium

ATLANTA – Mayhem at Mercedes-Benz Stadium makes its highly anticipated debut on Saturday evening when Georgia Tech football hosts North Carolina in the first of six Tech home games that will be played annually at the home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United over the next six seasons. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.

Please find important information below for fans that will be a part of the Mayhem.

LIMITED TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE

A limited number of tickets are still available for Saturday’s game and can be purchased online by clicking HERE. All remaining tickets are great seats, as Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be in the same configuration as for standard Atlanta United games, which only includes the stadium’s 100 and 200 levels.

All tickets available in the Georgia Tech student sections have been claimed (more than 7,500).

PLAN YOUR TRANSPORTATION

Parking

If driving, purchase parking before you leave home. Official Mercedes-Benz Stadium parking is still available and can be purchased online by clicking HERE. Parking lots open at 2:30 p.m.

Rideshare

Mercedes-Benz Stadium offers two designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up locations: Zone 1 in front of Georgia World Congress Center Building C, and Zone 2 on Centennial Olympic Park Drive near State Farm Arena. All forms of rideshare, including limousines and buses, may use these designated drop-off and pick-up locations.

MARTA

Two MARTA stations (GWCC/CNN and Vine City) provide easy access to the stadium.

WRECKFEST AND YELLOW JACKET ALLEY AT THE HOME DEPOT BACKYARD

Wreckfest

Wreckfest, Georgia Tech football’s traditional pregame party, will move a mile south on Saturday to The Home Depot Backyard, which is located just north of Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Northside Drive. Saturday’s Wreckfest will include face-painting, inflatable rides, photo opportunities with Georgia Tech cheerleaders, the Ramblin’ Wreck and more. Wreckfest at The Home Depot Backyard begins at 4:30 p.m.

Yellow Jacket Alley

Yellow Jacket Alley, Georgia Tech’s traditional pregame walk into the stadium, will be held also be held at The Home Depot Backyard prior to Mayhem at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Join Yellow Jacket fans and the Tech marching band in welcoming the Jackets to the stadium at 5 p.m.

DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS

Those who purchased tickets though the Georgia Tech athletics ticket office can access and download their tickets by following these simple steps:

  • Go to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Ticket Portal at https://am.ticketmaster.com/mbs.
  • Click on the “Sign In” icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • Click “Forgot Password”
  • Enter the email address used to purchase the tickets.
  • If told that you do not have an account, create a new account. Use the same email address used to purchase the tickets and set a password and tickets will be accessible.
  • After signing in to account, scroll down and click “My Tickets.”
  • Save tickets to Apple Wallet or G Pay.

Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry.

CLEAR BAGS ONLY

Any bag or wallet larger than 4.5” x 6.5” must be clear. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including diaper bags and camera cases) must be clear and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Non-clear or oversized bags will need to be stored off-site or for a $5 fee per item at one of the bag check locations outside of Gate 1 and Gate 2 prior to entering the stadium. GATES OPEN

Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s gates will open at 6 p.m.

ENTERING THE STADIUM

Please use either Gates 1, 2, or 4 regardless of ticketed seating location. If your ticketed seats are located in a Club or Suite space inside of the stadium, you may also use the North Club Entrance. Guests will be required to pass through new, state-of-the-art contactless security screening technology at the gates. As you enter the screening area, keep walking at a normal pace with all of your belongings in your pockets and holding any approved bag. Please do not stop unless advised by Security Personnel.

MASKS RECOMMENDED

Masks are strongly recommended for all fans but will be required in all enclosed spaces, including clubs and the retail store.

ROOF

Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s retractable roof will be open, weather conditions permitting. Please dress accordingly.

BRING CARD OR MOBILE PAYMENT

Mercedes-Benz Stadium accepts card and mobile payment only at all vendors. If you do bring cash, there are ten (10) cash-to-card kiosks to convert your cash into a prepaid debit card of the same amount for no additional fee.

NO SMOKING
