TULSA, Okla. – Georgia Tech men’s tennis junior Christopher Eubanks’ historic run at the Saint Francis Health Systems ITA All-American Championships came to an end on Saturday afternoon. He fell to Florida’s No. 37 Alfredo Perez in the quarterfinals, 6-4, 1-6, 7-5.
Eubanks knocked off competitors Jordan Daigel (LSU), Billy Griffith (California) and Christian Seraphim (Wake Forest) on his run to the quarterfinals. The Atlanta native is the first Yellow Jacket to play in the quarterfinals at the ITA All-American Championships.
Eubanks will turn back around on Thursday, Oct. 13 and head west where he will compete in the Oracle ITA Masters in Malibu, Calif.
