The Georgia Tech baseball team begins the 2011 season Friday, Feb. 18 when it opens a three-game series with Kent State. With seventeen newcomers on the 2011 team, RamblinWreck.com will hold a Q&A with at least one freshman everyday until opening day in the “Countdown to first pitch” series.

DS: My niece

DS: Went to New Mexico

DS: See it, hit it. Catch it. Throw it.
RW.com: What would be your ultimate sports center highlight?
DS: I would be running for a ball in the gap. My teammate would be sliding to make the catch. I would do a front flip over him and catch it in the air. = Ultimate Highlight.

DS: It’s mama’s favorite number

DS: Playing catch with my dad outside. Rain/sleet/snow
