TULSA – The Georgia Tech men’s tennis team began play at the ITA Men’s All-American Championships on Saturday morning.
Gianluca Carlini made his debut at the ITA All-American Championships in the prequalifying round of singles play. Carlini dropped a tight first set 7-5 before San Diego State’s Aleksi Lofman sealed the match with a 6-4 second frame.
Carlini will play in a consolation match tomorrow before beginning doubles play with Christophe Clement in the qualifying round on Monday.
