Week 10 saw yet ANOTHER easy victory for Buzz who faced off against the Superfrog of TCU and rolled over him 100,000 votes to just 10,000. Buzz went over the 100,000 mark for the ninth time in 10 games and fifth-straight week. The only week Buzz didn’t receive over 100,000 votes was week five.
With this victory, Buzz will improve to 10-0 on the year and will still sit in first place ahead of Wolfie, Jr. who was the Featured Match Up this week, taking the easy `W’ with a win over Wilbur of Arizona.
Week 11, is the penultimate week of regular season Capital One Bowl competition will pit Buzz against Cy from Iowa State. Cy has been known to put up huge numbers in the past and is currently 4-5 on the year with 875,733 votes, so be aware of the Iowa State mascot as Buzz tries to remain undefeated in regular season action.
Last week, Cy dropped his meeting with Brutus of Ohio State.
Another thing to keep in the back of your mind is that though Buzz has enough votes to assure himself a No. 1 ranking in the playoffs, voting for Wolfie, Jr.’s opponent will help Buzz to truly solidify that spot! This week, Wolfie is taking on Aubie, who has proven himself to be a tough competitor and will more than likely take Wolfie down on his own. Aubie’s only loss this season has come at the hands of the Tech fans.
Now why you should vote for Buzz (as if you needed any more reasons):
• After a couple of losses the Iowa State fanbase shut it down. Unlike the Tech fans, they jumped off the bandwagon when they lost a few.
• Cy is averaging just about 97,300 votes a week… Buzz is killing it with over 325,000 votes every seven days
• Keep those votes coming! No one likes an upset….. well unless you are the one upsetting the No. 6 team in the country… or hopefully this week, the No. 10 team in the country
