Volleyball Hosts Tournament Sunday To Open 2010 Spring Schedule

ATLANTA – The Georgia Tech Volleyball team opens up its spring schedule by co-hosting a tournament on Sunday, April 4 with Georgia State. Matches begin at 9 a.m. and will be played at O’Keefe Gym, the Freshman Gym at the Alexander Memorial Coliseum as well as at Georgia State. Tech opens up with Kennesaw State at 10 a.m. at O’Keefe.

In addition to Georgia Tech and Georgia State, College of Charleston, South Alabama, Georgia, Troy, Florida State, Auburn, Clemson, Kennesaw State and Jacksonville State will also be participating.

Matches will be played every hour and the tournament will be bracket play after the first-round matches. The championship will be played at 3 p.m. at O’Keefe Gym.
