ATLANTA (April 24) – Tickets are on sale to the 2001 NCAA South Regional basketball tournament, to be held Mar. 23 and 25 at the Georgia Dome, which is being hosted by Georgia Tech. The tournament will determine one of the four berths in the NCAA Final Four, which will be held Mar. 31 and April 1 in Minneapolis, Minn.
Tournament booklets, which cover both semi-final games on Mar. 23 and the regional final on Mar. 25, are $92 for lower level seats and $82 for seats in the upper level. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Georgia Dome ticket office at 404-222-NCAA (6222) or online at www.ramblinwreck.com. The price of the tickets includes a $2 handling fee.
Callers will be mailed a ticket application, but fans can actually fill out an order form on the website. After logging onto www.ramblinwreck.com, click on the NCAA South Regional icon to access the order form.
