Tech's Roger Anderson Falls in Second Round of National Indoors

FARMERS BRANCH, Texas — Georgia Tech senior men’s tennis standout Roger Anderson was unable to advance at the Omni Hotels National Indoor Championships as he fell in the second round of play on Friday at Brookhaven Country Club in Farmers Branch, Texas.

Anderson was defeated in straight sets by North Carolina’s Trystan Meniane in the second round. Meniane won the first set by a 6-3 count before taking the match by a 6-4 score in the second frame.

The Georgia Tech men’s tennis team has wrapped up play for the fall and will open the spring season on Jan. 17-19 at the ACC Indoor Championships in Winston-Salem, N.C. Full tournament results from the National Indoors are available at www.itatennis.com.
