ATLANTA – The Atlantic Coast Conference office, after consulting with both institutions, announced Friday that the Georgia Tech-Virginia men’s basketball game that was postponed Thursday night has been rescheduled for Monday, March 3, at 7 p.m. at Alexander Memorial Coliseum.
The game will be televised by the ACC’s Regional Sports Network – Fox Sports Net South, Fox Sports Net Florida, and Comcast Sports Net Mid-Atlantic.
All tickets for the originally scheduled date, whether torn or untorn, will be honored on March 3. Patrons should hold onto their tickets for re-admittance.
Season ticket holders who have disposed of their tickets for the game can have them reprinted by sending an e-mail to tickets@at.gtaa.gatech.edu, or by calling the Georgia Tech Ticket Office at 888-TECH-TIX (404-894-5447 locally). Ticket holders will be asked to supply their account number and seat location.
“We appreciate the patience and cooperative spirit of our fans,” said Tech director of athletics Dan Radakovich. “We look forward to having everyone back on March 3 and expect a great crowd for what will be an important ACC game for our team.”
Reprinted tickets can be picked up at the ticket office in advance of the game or be held for pickup at will call (Gate 1 at Alexander Memorial Coliseum) on game night. Tickets can be mailed if time permits.
PARKING – Patrons holding parking permits from Thursday night’s game may use them for re-admission to the parking area designated on the permit.
