Atlanta area native Cody Collins joined Georgia Tech football’s staff as director of scouting in 2024.
Prior to his arrival on The Flats, Collins was a player personnel analyst at Georgia from 2020-24. Prior to joining UGA’s staff, he was a student coaching intern at Prince Avenue Christian School in Athens, Ga. for a year-and-half (March 2019-July 2020).
Collins attended Blessed Trinity H.S. in Roswell, where he played football under current Georgia Tech director of high school relations Tim McFarlin. Collins graduated from Georgia in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in sport and fitness administration.
