2024 (Redshirt Sophomore): Led Georgia Tech with 90 points on 15-of-22 field goals and 45-of-45 extra points … 90 kicking points were the fifth-most in Georgia Tech single-season history and moved him into fifth in school history with 178 career points … 15 field goals made were tied for the sixth-most in Tech history and moved him into a tie for sixth in program history with 32 career field goals … Ranked 10th in the ACC in scoring … Opened the season by making Georgia Tech’s biggest kick of the season, a 44-yarder as time expired that lifted the Yellow Jackets to a 24-21 win over No. 10 Florida State in Dublin, Ireland (Aug. 24) … Bounced back from a relatively slow start to the season, which saw him make only one field goal longer than 30 yards and go 6-for-11 overall over the first eight games of the year, by making nine of his final 10 field goals of the year, with all but one of the nine coming more than 30 yards out and five of the nine being longer than 40 yards … Started the strong final stretch by going 2-for-2 with a 34-yarder and a career-long 51-yarder at Virginia Tech (Oct. 26) … Was a perfect 3-for-3 from 44, 41 and 45 yards out in 30-29 win over NC State (Nov. 21) … Went 2-for-3 (31 and 23 yards) at No. 6 Georgia (Nov. 29) … Made 43- and 33-yard attempts in driving rainstorm against Vanderbilt in Birmingham Bowl (Dec. 27).

2023 (Redshirt Freshman): Honorable mention freshman all-America selection by College Football News … Made 17-of-19 field goals on the season, good for a .895 percentage … .895 field-goal percentage was the second-highest in Georgia Tech single-season history (behind only former teammate Gavin Stewart’s .923 in 2022), the highest by a freshman in Tech history, the ninth-best in the nation in 2023 and the third-best among freshmen nationally … Also made 37-of-38 PAT attempts on the season … Led the team with 88 points, which were the sixth-most kicking points in Georgia Tech single-season history and the most ever by a Tech freshman … 17 field goals made tied for the fourth-most in Georgia Tech single-season history and the most ever by a Tech freshman … Seven of his 17 field goals came from 40 yards or more, which were the most field goals of 40-plus yards by a Yellow Jacket since three-time Super Bowl champion Harrison Butker made eight field goals from 40 yards or more as a senior at Tech in 2016 … Birr made his collegiate debut in the second game of the season against South Carolina State (Sept. 9) and connected on both of his first two field goal attempts from 30 and 42 yards … Took over the place-kicking duties full time the following week at Ole Miss (Sept. 16) … After his first attempt at Ole Miss was blocked, he went on to make 11 in a row, beginning with a 22-yarder at Ole Miss … The streak of 11-straight makes came to an end with his only non-blocked miss of the season, a 49-yarder as time expired at the end of the first half against No. 1 Georgia (Nov. 25) … String of 11-straight makes included the 22-yarder at Ole Miss, 25-, 48- and 27-yarders at Wake Forest (Sept. 23), a 27-yarder at No. 17 Miami (Fla.) (Oct. 7), a 46-yarder against Boston College (Oct. 21), a 40-yarder against No. 17 North Carolina (Oct. 28), a 41-yarder at Virginia (Nov. 4), a 22-yarder against Syracuse (Nov. 18) and 25- and 45-yarders in the first half against Georgia … After his miss in the waning seconds of the first half against UGA, he made his final four attempts of the season — a 40-yarder in the second half against Georgia and 36-, 29- and 38-yarders in the Yellow Jackets’ 30-17 win over UCF in the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl (Dec. 22).

2022 (True Freshman): Did not see game action … Redshirted.

High School: Rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals and 247Sports … A four-year all-district selection at Kennedale High School … Named all-state in 2020 and 2021 … As a junior, finished 10-for-16 on field goals and boomed 54 of his 79 kickoffs for touchbacks … During his sophomore campaign, connected on 58 point-after attempts and three field goals in 11 games for 67 total points … Also blasted 71 kickoffs at a 51.7-yard clip for 3,671 yards total … Coached at Kennedale by Richard Barrett.

Personal: Earned a bachelor’s degree in just three years from Georgia Tech in May 2025.
