2021 (Redshirt Sophomore): Served as Georgia Tech’s long snapper on punts for the third-straight year and also picked up duties as the short-snapper on field goal/PAT attempts … Did not have an errant snap all season … Missed one game due to injury (Nov. 6 at Miami) … Named to ACC all-academic team for achievements on the field and in the classroom.
2020 (Redshirt Sophomore – “Covid Year” – year of eligibility retained): Served as Georgia Tech’s long snapper on punts for the second-straight year … Did not have an errant snap all season.
2019 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in all 12 games as Georgia Tech’s primary long snapper on punts.
2018 (True Freshman): Redshirted.
High School: Four-year letterwinner played tight end, linebacker and long snapper … Was invited to participate in Blue-Grey All-American Game … Coached by Phil Massey … Also lettered in lacrosse and track and field … Member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Is the youngest of two siblings … Mother, Amy, played golf at Ole Miss … Cade began playing football at age seven … Graduated from Georgia Tech in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration … Pursuing a master’s degree in qualitative and computational finance … Is only the third student-athlete in Georgia Tech history to pursue a master’s degree in the challenging QCF program, joining football’s Malik Rivera (2018) and baseball’s John Medich (2021-22) … Four-time member of ACC Academic Honor Roll.
