Softball Game Vs. Virginia Postponed

March 4, 2008

ATLANTA – Tuesday’s softball game between Georgia Tech and Virginia has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions. The teams tried to get in one game, but after another round of heavy rain moved through right before the scheduled first pitch, Tech officials ruled the field conditions as unplayable. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Wednesday beginning at 1:00 p.m. and then a single game on Thursday at a time to be announced later.
