THE FLATS — Georgia Tech softball (21-18, 7-5 ACC) heads to Pittsburgh, Pa. for a three-game series with the Panthers (20-15, 9-5), kicking off on Friday, April 13. Due to the weather forecast on Sunday, the weekend schedule has been adjusted to a doubleheader on Friday starting at 4 p.m. and a single game on Saturday, April 14 at 1 p.m.

Pittsburgh sits just above Tech in the ACC Coastal division with nine wins. Both teams have dropped five conference contests this season. The Panthers lead the all-time series 10-6 but the Jackets stole the series last season two games to one in the final series of the season. Tech tallied 12 runs on its way to a 12-2 run-rule victory in five innings in the last meeting.
