As a Sophomore (2022): Appeared in 40 games, starting in 25 as designated hitter and three as catcher … Batted .260 on the year with 20 hits, two doubles and a dinger for 19 RBI, eight runs scored and 25 total bases … Averaged a .325 slugging percentage and a .442 on-base percentage, good for third on the team … Drew 22 walks to rank top five on the squad … Swiped one bag … Added 21 putouts for a perfect fielding percentage … Put together three multi-hit games … Hammered her first career bomb against Central Arkansas while tallying a career-high four total bases along with three RBI (Feb. 18) … Racked up four RBI for a career best in an 11-0, mercy-rule victory over Villanova (Feb. 12) … Knocked a walk-off, RBI single for a 1-0 win over Dartmouth (March 22) … Swatted doubles in a 5-2 triumph over Southern Illinois (Feb. 18) and a 2-0 win over Penn State (Feb. 25) … Drew a career-high three walks in a 9-1, mercy-rule victory over Georgia State (Feb. 23) … Scored a pair of runs against Notre Dame (April 3) … Totaled four multi-RBI games.
As a Freshman (2021): Appeared in one game against Pitt (March 13) … Chalked up her first collegiate at-bat as a pinch hitter.
High School: Allen comes to Tech from Jefferson, Ga. She lettered for four years a Jackson County Comprehensive High School, serving three seasons as team captain. She was named second team all-region in 2016, and helped lead her team to a regional title in 2017. Allen earned Region 8-AAA first team all-state and all-region in 2017 and 2018, while also earning JCCHS Region Pitcher of the Year in 2018 and 2019, and Defensive Player of the Year in 2016.
