Laced it up for six meets during the 2021 outdoor season… Personal best recorded in the 5K at ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:17.41… Took 22nd-place in the 1500m at ACC Championships… PR’d in the 1500m with a mark of 3:47.19 at the Crimson Tide Invite… Had a pair of four-place performances in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invite (3:47.75) and Torrin Lawrence Memorial Meet (3:48.73)…
2021 Indoor:
Competed in six meets… PR’d in the men’s 3K race at ACC Indoor Championships earning a time of 8:16.86… Contributed to a fifth-place DMR finish at ACC Championships… Set a personal best mark in the mile at the South Carolina Invite with a time of 4:08.38… Placed sixth in the men’s 3K at the Clemson Invite posting a time of 8:35.56…
2020 Cross Country:
Raced in three meets during 2020 campaign… Posted a 70th-lace effort in the men’s 8K at the UAB Blazer Classic, recording a mark of 25:22… Took 27th-place in the men’s 8k race at the FSU Invite, clocking in at 25:10… Opened the year up with a 26:30 8K performance at the Mountain Dew Gator Cross Country Invite…
2019 Track:
Indoor: Competed at five meets… finished second while running a personal-best mile of 4:09.29 at the Music City Challenge… earned a top-10 finish in the 3K at the Power Five Invitational with a time of 8:24.96… set a PR in the 1000m turning in a time of 2:34.52 at the Clemson Orange & Purple Elite. Outdoor: Competed at seven meets… set a PR in the 1500m with a time of 3:51.12 at the FSU Relays… set a 5K PR at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 14:24.55… reached a PR in the 800m turning in a time of 1:54.88, and also ran the 1500m in 3:53.25 the Georgia Tech Invitational… finished second in the 1500m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 3:54.81…
2018 Cross Country: Competed at five meets… ran a personal-best 7K finishing in 24:44.1 at the Georgia Bulldog Invitational… ran a personal-best 8K time of 24:33.9 at the ACC Championships… competed in the 10K at the NCAA South Region Cross Country Championships, turning in a time of 32:39.2… set a PR running the 8.369K in 26:11.2 at the Penn State Nationals Open.
2018 Track:
Indoor: Competed in three indoor events his freshman year … recorded a 14:52.71 in the 5K at the Vanderbilt Invitational … ran a 8:39.26 3K at the Orange & Purple Invite .. turned in a season-best mile time of 4:20.93 at the Music City Challenge. Outdoor: Primarily a 1500 runner with one 800m appearance … turned in a season-best 3:58.20 – his first sub-4 time of his career – in the 1500m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational to finish ninth … also recorded a 1:57.60 in the 800m at the Georgia Tech Invite.
High School:
Attended Alexander High School … four-year letterwinner in cross country and track and field (distance team) … 2016 6A cross country individual and team champion … 6A state track and field champion in 1600m and 3200m in 2016 … anchored the state record-setting 4×800 team with a total time of 7:46.
Personal:
Intends on majoring in engineering but has not declared a concentration.
