2019 Track:
Indoor: Set a PR in the 5K with a time of 15:28.75 at the Music City Challenge… finished the 3K in 8:44.89 at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational. Outdoor: Did not compete.
2018 Cross Country:
Set a PR for the 7.6K with a time of 25:26.0 at the Georgia Bulldog Invitational… set a PR in the 8.369K with a time of 26:57.7 at the Penn State Nationals Open.
2018 Track:
Indoor: Recorded a PR in the mile, running a 4:17.42 at the Vanderbilt Invitational to finish 23rd … also PR-ed in the 3K with an 8:34.24 (34th) finish at the Music City Challenge. Outdoor: Made two appearances in the 1500m with one finish – a 3:58.60 time at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.
2017 Cross Country:
Recorded his first 5K time (15:40.0) at the Jacksonville State Opener … also set a PR in the 8K at the Paul Short Open by turning in a time of 25:21.8 to finish 18th.
2017 Track:
Indoor: Competed in the mile twice and the 3000 meters once … turned in a mile time of 4:19.00 at the Music City Challenge as well as a 4:20.95 time at the Vanderbilt Invitational … recorded a 3000-meter time of 8:40.25 at the Commodore Invitational. Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Jackets … recorded a season-best time of 3:55.75 in the 1500m run at the Tom Jones memorial … also ran out to a time of 3:58.13 in the 1500m run at the Georgia Tech Invitational … in his lone 5000m run event, ran a 15:40.01 time.
2016 Cross Country:
Did not compete in the 2016 season.
High School:
Attended Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Va. … Lettered in cross country and track and field for four seasons each … Captained the cross country team for one season and the track and field team for two … Member of 2015 Cross Country State Championship team … Named all-state for cross country in 2014 and 2015 … Named all-state for track and field in the 1600 in 2016 and the 4×800 in 2015 and 2016 … Set the school record in the 1600 meter run with a time of 4:22.59 … Ranked in top 10% of class … Member of National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society and was an AP Scholar.

Chose to attend Georgia Tech because of the engineering program, the opportunity to run and the campus location and weather … Intends to major in chemical and biomolecular engineering.
