Due to the Notre Dame-Georgia Tech football game on Saturday, Sept. 2, parking on campus will be limited for the Regency Suites Midtown Volleyball Invitational. On Friday, Sept. 1, the O’Keefe East and West parking lots will be open after 5 p.m. The Alexander Memorial Coliseum Parking Lot can be used during the day, but fans will be asked to remove vehicles from that lot before 5 p.m. Any cars left over in the AMC lot will be towed. Fans are also asked to please remove their vehicles from the O’Keefe parking lots immediately following the final match on Friday night between Mississippi State-Northern Iowa. All cars left in that lot will be towed to clear space for parking on Saturday for the football game.
On Saturday there will be no dedicated parking lots for the volleyball matches. Fans are asked to use paid parking lots on campus, Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center in Tech Square, or the paid parking lot at 10th street and Atlantic. Georgia Tech encourages fans to use MARTA if planning on attending the volleyball matches, due to the overwhelming parking lot restrictions on Saturday.
