COLUMBIA, SC (Oct. 23) – Georgia Tech’s doubles tandems of Tim Bibby and Roger Anderson, and Robert Wright and David Wright both advanced to the second round in their respective flights at the South Carolina Fall Invitational men’s tennis tournament Friday in Columbia, S.C.
Bibby and Anderson topped Shrivastava and Thompson of Erksine, 8-1 to reach the second round of the A1 doubles, and Wright and Wright downed Franceschina and Weinstein of UNC Wilmington 8-3 to reach the second round of the A2 doubles flight.
The South Carolina Fall Invitational continues Saturday and Sunday.
