THE FLATS – This fall, the Georgia Tech women’s tennis team will feature a student-athlete every week in attempt to “Meet the Yellow Jackets”. This week, Kendal Woodard (Stockbridge, Ga.) sat down with RamblinWreck.com to answer some questions on her favorite TV shows and her dream job.
Heading into the 2013-14 season, Woodard was featured in the preseason ITA singles rankings at No. 67. She was also ranked at No. 26 in the doubles rankings with her partner Megan Kurey. The duo will compete in the 2013 Riviera/ITA Women’s All-American Championships in the doubles main draw after winning the ITA National Collegiate Summer Circuit Doubles title. Woodard will also compete in the qualifying singles round.
