THE FLATS – The Georgia Tech Athletic Association is hosting an Open House Saturday morning at McCamish Pavilion before the Yellow Jackets host Syracuse in football at 12:30 p.m.
Football fans are encouraged to take a break from their tailgating and check out the new home of Georgia Tech basketball.
The doors will be open at McCamish Pavilion from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and the first 250 people can sign up for two FREE tickets to the men’s basketball exhibition game versus Young Harris College on Nov. 1.
Those that purchase basketball season tickets during Saturday’s Open House will have the opportunity to take the court to try and win prizes. T-shirts, gift cards, football tickets for the Georgia-Georgia Tech game and even pre-game football sideline passes are up for grabs if purchasers can make a free throw, three-pointer or half-court shot. (Athletic shoes only allowed on the court.)
