Mark Teixeira to Address Tech Baseball Camp Attendees This Weekend

ATLANTA – Attendees for this weekend’s Danny Hall Winter Baseball Camp will be treated to a special guest on Sunday, when former Georgia Tech All-American and current Atlanta Braves first baseman Mark Teixeira speaks to them during the morning session of the hitting camp.

A third baseman on the Flats from 1999-2001, Teixeira made his return to the Atlanta area this past summer when he joined the Braves and is a frequent visitor to campus. His wife, Leigh, is a graduate of the Institute and hails from the state of Georgia.
