THE FLATS — Georgia Tech men’s tennis will face conference foe, Miami on Friday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. This match up between the Jackets and Hurricanes will be the only one during the regular season.
The Jackets enter the match at 5-3, losing their most recent match to No. 31 South Carolina, 4-3.
No. 35 Miami is 6-3 on the year, with a perfect 3-0 record at home. In their last match, the Hurricanes fell to Utah, 4-2.
In last weekend’s bout with South Carolina, Andrew Li knocked off No. 110 Daniel Rodrigues in a three-set battle winning, 6-2, 3-6, 6-3.
Dynamic doubles duo, Phillip Gresk and Carlos Divar also played well, locking down their sixth win on the season as doubles partners. The duo defeated Daniel Rodrigues and Raphael Lambling, 6-4.
