GT Invitational Session III Recap

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech’s men posted a pair of NCAA `B’ cut times, and are well positioned for Saturday night’s finals as action continued at the 2012 GT Invitational as the GT Aquatic Center this morning. The men are in second place after Friday night, while the women sit fourth.

Rounding out the action tonight for Tech will be (4:00.48) and (4:05.39) in the championship final of the 400 IM.

For the women, three Jackets qualified for the A-final of the 200 free, paced by prelim this morning of 1:50.43. She’ll be joined by (1:50.76) and Lexi Weber (1:50.86).

The 400 IM is set with Catherine Fore (4:32.72) and (4:26.42) in the A-final, while Jacyln Rohal (4:33.77) and (4:35.98) clinched spots in the B-final

(56.55) is headed to the A-final of the 100 fly, (1:04.18) in the 100 breast and in the 100 back (58.13) will also swim tonight’s A-finals.

The two relays being contested tonight are the 800 free relay and the 200 medley relay.
