Georgia Tech's Elizabeth Kilborn Heads To ITA All-American Event

THE FLATS – Georgia Tech women’s tennis senior Elizabeth Kilborn will begin play at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships against Vanderbilt sophomore Ashleigh Antal on Saturday.

The pre-qualifying matches will be held on campus at UCLA September 29 and 30, while the qualifying and main draws will be held at the Riviera Tennis Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif.

Kilborn is ranked No. 94 in the ITA preseason rankings while Antal is unranked. Kilborn went 2-1 on Tech’s opening weekend of the fall, with two wins over top-30 ranked opponents.

The winner between Kilborn and Antal will face the winner of Winthrop’s Yasmine Alkema and UCLA’s Kyle McPhillips on Saturday.
