Georgia Tech's win today gives the Yellow Jackets...... a record of 12-15 overall and 5-8 in the ACC... an end to their five-game losing streak... a 5-6 record at home this season... a 6-3 record this season after leading at halftime... a 31-34 all-time record vs. Wake Forest... a regular season series sweep of the Deacons for the first timesince 1998... a record of 139-110 in eight seasons under head coach Paul Hewitt... an 8-10 record vs. Wake Forest under Hewitt... an all-time record in Alexander Memorial Coliseum of 522-178(today marked the 700th Tech game played in AMC)... an all-time record of 1,201-1,052 in the history of the program

Notes … Tech played its 12th game of the season that was decided by five points or less, or in overtime (Tech is 6-6 in those games) … Tech played its second overtime game of the year (the Jackets won at Virginia in OT, 92-82) … Tech is 2-0 in overtime games this season and has won those two OT games by a combined 18 points … Tech is 59-46 all-time in overtime games … Tech and Wake Forest went into overtime for the second time in the last three meetings and for the third time in the last nine meetings … Tech and Wake Forest went into overtime for the sixth time in the series history; Tech is 4-2 vs. the Deacons in OT games all-time … Tech shot less than 50 percent for the sixth consecutive game … Tech out-rebounded its opponent for the second straight game and for the fourth time in the last five games

Anthony Morrow … has made at least one three-point field goal in 36 consecutive games – the longest current streak in the ACC … moved into 21st place on Tech’s all-time career scoring list today, passing Alvin Jones (1,312 points from 1998-01); Morrow entered today’s game with 1,310 career points … scored in double figures for the team-best 20th time this season and for the 69th time in his career … averaged more than 20 points in two games vs. Wake Forest this season (23 in the previous meeting) {Morrow’s career numbers vs. Wake Forest are remarkable – see page 13 of the notes} … scored 20-plus points for the fourth time this season (the first two games of the season and two games vs. Wake Forest) … has made three or more three-pointers in a game 11 times this season … has scored at least seven points in every game this season

Jeremis Smith … recorded his fifth double-double of the season … pulled down double-digit rebounds for the ninth time this season (the first time since Jan. 19 vs. Virginia Tech) … scored in double figures for the 14th time this season, the 42nd time in his career

D’Andre Bell … had more than two assists in a game for the first time since Jan. 27 … committed a season-high number of turnovers (previous high: 4) … has recorded at least two steals in five streak games and in eight of his last nine games

Alade Aminu … attempted and made his first free throw attempts since the last time Tech played Wake Forest on Feb. 6

Moe Miller … scored in double figures for the eighth time in his brief career … scored in double figures for the second time in his last three games … scored in double figures in a home game for the first time since Jan. 6 vs. Presbyterian … his career high for minutes played, entering today, was 31 minutes at Virginia Tech … his 12th point today was his 49th over the last three games, meaning he has averaged more than 16 ppg over the last three … has made at least one three-point field goal in three straight games – the longest streak of his rookie year

Gani Lawal … held to single-digit scoring for the seventh time in his last eight games … pulled down his 100th rebound
