THE FLATS – No. 16/14 Georgia Tech football’s next game on Saturday, Nov. 15 at Boston College, will kick off at 3:30 p.m. and be televised nationally on ACC Network, the Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners announced on Monday.
The trip to Boston College is Georgia Tech’s fifth all-time, but its first with fans in attendance since 2008. The Yellow Jackets’ last game at BC’s Alumni Stadium was played in front of no fans due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and its previous scheduled trip to Chestnut Hill, Mass. in 2016 was moved to Dublin, Ireland for Tech’s first appearance in the Aer Lingus College Classic. Therefore, the last time that the Jackets played in front of fans at BC came in 2008, when Tech emerged victorious, 19-16, over the Eagles.
Georgia Tech is 3-1 all-time at BC and leads the overall series, 7-5.
The road game is Tech’s last one of the season, as it closes the regular season with home games against Pitt (Nov. 22) and archrival Georgia (Friday, Nov. 28 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium).
