GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Georgia Tech women’s swimming team, along with Tech’s men’s and women’s divers, will compete in Greensboro, N.C., at the ACC Championships Feb. 17-20. Yellow Jacket athletes will be attempting to qualify for the 2016 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships held at Georgia Tech’s McAuley Aquatic Center.

Iris Wang and Florina Ilie have already made B cuts in the 100 freestyle and 200 breaststroke, respectively. The Jackets also have six divers who have qualified for NCAA Zone Qualifying, which will be held at the McAuley Aquatic Center March 7-9.

“We’re looking forward to swimming in our championships this weekend,” head coach Courtney Shealy Hart said. “Our women have done an excellent job all year. As of right now, all of our athletes are healthy, so we’re excited about that. We’ve built some momentum in the spring, so we’re ready to race hard as a team and have a lot of fun out there.”

Finals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday are available for viewing via ESPN3. Live results can be followed at http://theacc.co/SDlivestats.
