Burkhardt Leads Tech Divers at NCAA Zone B Diving Championships

ATHENS, Ga. – Freshman Tony Burkhardt posted a score of 513.85 on the three-meter springboard to finish 12th at the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships this afternoon to lead the Georgia Tech swimming and diving team. The championship diving meet will continue at the University of Georgia on Saturday and Sunday.

Senior Paul McCarty tallied a 19th-place finish for the Yellow Jackets with a score of 305.5 on the three-meter board.

Sophomore Laurissa Prystaj finished 25th in the preliminaries of the one-meter diving event with a score of 233.70.
