Women’s Tennis Concludes College Ranked Spotlight

CARY, N.C. – On the final day of the College Ranked Spotlight, Georgia Tech women’s tennis played one session of doubles and one session of singles at the Cary Tennis Park.

In an ultra-competitive field, the Yellow Jackets finished the four-day tournament having faced 13 ranked opponents, including one ranked doubles team and seven top-50 ranked singles players.

Competing in the back draw, Kylie Bilchev picked up a straight-set victory to lead Tech on the final day of competition. Bilchev faced No. 27 Sydni Ratliff of Ohio State and gained an early set lead, capturing the opener, 6-2. Ratliff battled in the second set, but Bilchev clinched the match with a 7-5 second set victory.
