Princeton, NJ (September 20, 2000) – The BCA BOWL, originally scheduled for Sunday, August 27th, 2000 was postponed due to severe lightning and heavy rain.
Today, the Gazelle Group (producers of the BCA BOWL), the Black Coaches Association, Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech announced the following ticket refund policy for the August 27th BCA BOWL.
TICKET REFUND POLICY:
Ticket holders may request refunds based upon the presentation of a valid, original ticket stub for the August 27, 2000 BCA BOWL. No refund can be processed without a valid, original ticket stub. All requests for ticket refunds should be sent prior to November 15, 2000 along with the valid, original ticket stub(s) to the following address:

Ticket holders should include the following information along with their valid, original ticket stub(s) and should consider retaining a copy of the stub(s) and correspondence for their records: Location and number of tickets.
Name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers, e-mail address.
Total face value of ticket stub(s) enclosed Amount of requested refund.
Self-addressed, stamped envelope.
