Groups must designate a block leader and secondary block leader whowill be responsible for picking up and distributing all blocktickets. Block lists for the first home game will be submitted tothe GTAA Ticket Office no later than August 22nd. This will be donein excel format and sent electronically to the GTAA Ticket Officeemail address (firstname.lastname@example.org). This list will have thename of the block, names of block leaders and a listing of SSN andBuzz Card numbers for all those in the block. Block pickup, by theblock leader, for the first home game will begin on Monday, August26th , along with the pickup of non-block student tickets. Theremaining 5 home game block pickup will be the Thursday and Fridayof the week prior to that particular home game. If guest passes areneeded for a block, the block leader will notify GTAA Ticket Officeat the time of pickup and must pay $10 CASH for all guest passes atthat time. GTAA will issue the appropriate number of guest stickersthat should be affixed to the ticket that will be used by theguest. Remember that guest passes for blocks count against thenumber in that block. Block adjustments are allowed up to September6th. After this date no further changes will be made to blocks.Regular student pick up remains to begin the Monday prior to eachhome game. The distribution will be from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. at thestreet level GTAA ticket window on Monday and 9 a.m.-4p.m. theremaining days while tickets are available. Distribution is done ona first come first serve basis.
